Service Scope

VPNYP provides network acceleration and international route subscriptions for cross-border access and access to international websites, covering 100+ countries / 150+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. See the user panel and client for current route and connection details.

Subscriptions provide network connectivity only. They do not include accounts, memberships, or content licenses for third-party websites, streaming services, or AI tools. Users must still meet each platform's eligibility requirements, regional policies, and payment requirements. A successful route connection does not guarantee that a third-party service will be available.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Users should keep their login details and subscription links secure. Do not publicly share, lend, or share accounts, or resell subscriptions or route access. If account details are exposed, change your password and reset your subscription promptly, then report the situation through a ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, for devices managed by the user. This does not permit account sharing with others or reselling the service. Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel. Eligibility to download clients depends on having a purchased and active plan.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. See the plans page for full pricing. Before paying, check the billing method and data allowance shown in your order.

Responsible Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their place of residence and actual location, as well as the service rules of the platforms they access. Do not use this service for fraud, infringement, distributing illegal content, unauthorized access to another person's systems, launching network attacks, or other unlawful activities.

Do not disrupt route operations, misuse another person's account, or interfere with other users' normal use through automated abuse or other means. VPNYP may investigate unusual activity and take necessary restrictive measures. Users are responsible for their own actions and for content they publish or transmit.

Availability and Scope of Liability

Connection performance depends on factors including the local network, carrier routing, the status of the destination service, and route maintenance. VPNYP does not guarantee connections from every location at all times, or the ongoing availability of specific platform content, resolution, or features. If you experience connection issues, try another route and submit details of the problem.

Maintenance, security measures, or changes to external networks may result in service adjustments or temporary interruptions. VPNYP will provide details of significant foreseeable changes through site announcements or the user panel. These terms do not exclude liability that VPNYP is required to assume by law. Decisions made independently by third-party platforms are outside VPNYP's control.

Payment and Refunds

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. Log in to the user panel and submit a request through tickets, providing the relevant order details. You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied with the service. Order details are used only to verify the payment and refund recipient.

Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat / USDT. VPNYP will process refunds after verifying the order and provide updates, the refund method, and details of how the relevant subscription will be handled through the ticket. Processing time may depend on the payment provider; no fixed arrival time is guaranteed under these terms. Other refund rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

In cases of unlawful use, account misuse, resale or sharing, or serious disruption to the service, VPNYP may suspend relevant access or terminate an account depending on the impact. Users who disagree with such action may request a review through a ticket. These actions do not affect any refund or appeal rights provided by law.

If these terms change, the updated version and its revision date will be posted on this page. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce statutory rights or existing refund commitments. For details on how account information is handled, see the Privacy Policy.
